"Randy" and Pauline Randolph; his former wife Bertha Layton Randolph; his wife Linda Noble-Randolph of Boyd; his children, Tim Randolph of Pensacola, Kurtis Quiroz of Boyd, David Lackey of Kilgore and Lucinda Hill of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Ashley Brower, Brittany Riggs and Octavia Hill; his sister Linda Gillespie; and his niece Cathy Gillespie.
