He is survived by: his wife Norma Lee (Dyer) of Boyd; his daughter Andrea Barnes (Corey West); his stepdaughters, Jodie Foster (Timmy Foster) and Fancy Nelson (DeWayne Nelson); his grandchildren, John David Barnes (Tabitha Spargue), Dillion James Barnes (Kellie Mahoney), Angelina Rose Barnes, Jaylyn Elizabeth Gagnon, Desirea Hammonds (Bernard Hammons II), Jeremy Nelson (Christi Nelson), Kyler Foster (Keisha Foster) and Justin Foster; his great grandchildren, Mathilde Barnes, Byron Barnes, Carson Nelson, Emberlee Hammonds, Bernard "Jaxsyn" Hammonds, Kami Foster, Kimber Foster and Kylie Foster; and his brother Terry Barnes.
