He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Piper and Catherine Piper (Andre); his wife Joy Piper; his grandchild Deana; his sons, Joseph Rodney Piper of Lebanon, Billy Franz Piper (Deloris) of Haltom City and Olon Gartrell Piper (Sarrah) of Newark; his grandchildren, Vicky, Lindsey, Jon, Deanna, Kathy and Frank; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Collin, Luke, Sophia, Liam, Stella, Tate, Cooper and Avery; and his great great grandchildren, Maddox, Delanie and Kennedy.
