He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Oprah Lucille Milligan (Kent). He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Crum (Chris) of Boyd; and his grandchildren, Christal Powell, Joe Bunker and Amanda Melo. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, extended family members and a host of friends.
