He is survived by: his mother Mary Harris Thompson (Villanueva) of Decatur; his wife Ashley Thompson of Boyd; his children, Leddie, Linda Shay, Leggin, Lacie Thompson of Boyd, Lindsey Thompson of Springtown, Blake Thompson (Kaitie Miller) of Pilot Point and Bailey Thompson Smith (Caleb) of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Bryton and Cyrus; and his brother Terry Wages (Lisa) of Bridgeport.
