He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Watts and Julia Watts (Riley); his sons, Steven Wayne Riley and Michael Watts; and his siblings, Wanda Truitt, Barbara McNeese, Sissy Watts, Margaret Watts, George Watts and Sonny Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Watts of Bowie; his children, Gennie Truitt of Queens City, TX, Roger Potter of Colorado, Lynda Menning (Randy Nelson) of Frost, TX, Jesse Menning of Payne Springs, TX and Jennifer Milam (Dakota Williams) of Sunset, TX; his siblings, Buford Watts (Bessie) of Fort Worth, TX, Thomas Watts of Fort Worth, TX and Marie Riley of Texarkana; and his stepchildren, Francis Bock, Pamela Lint and Richard Riley Jr.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
