He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hastin Howard and Estelle Howard; and his siblings, Pat Howard and Terry Howard. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Howard; his sons, Dustin Hunter (Molly) and Brian Hunter (Brooke); and his grandchildren, Hylie, Cody, Hanna, Hastin and Read.
