It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Louise Wood of Bowie, Texas, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lester and Lula Elizabeth Trotter (Williams); her siblings, Lenora Trotter, Nell Jones, Odis Harold and Darrell Trotter; her husband John Henry Wood Jr.; her son Roger Dale Wood; and her grandsons, John Charles Wood and Joseph Chance Wood.
She is survived by: her sons, Clifton Wood (Kathy) of Riverside, CA, Kenneth Wood (Jane) of Crafton and Alan Wood (Marsha) of Bowie; her daughter-in-law Joyce Wood of Crafton; and her siblings, Elaine Scruggs, Frances Richey, Margie Turnbow and Carroll Trotter. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
