She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Carter; her children, John Carter and Jan Cowden; and her son-in-law John Cowden. She is survived by: her brother Lester Boyd Jr. of Forestburg; her son Jeff Carter (Donna) of Bell Aire, KS; her grandchildren, Chris Carter (Lanna) of Waynesboro, VA, Melissa Cordova (Frank) of Fort Worth and Carolyn Cowden of Fort Worth; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Caleb, Levi Carter and Jordi Cordova.
