She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin, Sr. and Mattie Viola Hale (Fennell); her siblings, Ben Hale, Jr., Johhny Hale, Danny Hale and Faye Wilson; and her granddaughter Maycie Denise South.
She is survived by: her husband David Donley of Bowie; her daughter Heather South (Cody) of Chico; her grandchildren, Mattie and Martie South of Chico; her close friend Max; her sister-in-law Lisa Hale; and her niece Pennye Shockey (Ronnie).
