He is survived by: his wife Judy Hale; his daughters, Sheila Pelton (Carroll) of Bowie and Tonya O'Bryant of Bowie; his grandchildren, Shanda York (Jay) of Valley View, Destry Price of Bowie, Jessica Croswait of Ardmore, OK, Josiah Pelton of Valley View, Cody Condra of Marietta, OK, Chanda Smith of Aubrey, TX, Chase Pelton (Amber) of Montague and Justin Crum of Bowie; his great grandchildren, Lexi, Colt, Riggen, Balen, Cutter, Lexie and Lane; and his siblings, Fred Hale (Nora) of Epps, LA, Larry Hale of Epps, LA, Vera Newton (Ken) of Archer City and Gayla Miller (Randy) of Epps, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
