He is survived by: his children, Lance Scruggs (Lisa) of Bowie, Tonya Gilbert (Stevie) of Bowie, Robin Reynolds (Brian) of Bowie and Kelly Dishman (Steven) of Bowie; his grandchildren, Ty Scruggs, J. P. Scruggs, Emily Gilbert, Matthew Gilbert, Randi Reynolds and Brett Reynolds; his great grandchildren, Savanna Scruggs, Caysen Scruggs, Maci Scruggs, Makenzi Scruggs, Jemah Scruggs and Benjamin Reynolds; and his siblings, James Scruggs, Lena Boydston and Louise Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
