It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penelope Hoeldtke (Bowie, Texas), who passed away on May 16, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Inman of Bowie and Beatrice "Bea" Inman of Bowie; her husband George Albert Hoeldtke; and her former husband Billy Ray Flippin. She is survived by: her daughter Pam Webb (Larry) of Dallas; her granddaughters, Renee McMillan (Mark) of Austin Texas and Stephanie Spikes (Jade) of Highland Village; her great grandchild Amber McMillan of Ft; and her stepdaughter Sandy Flippin Reed of Coppell.
