She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thurman and Ethel Agnus Lyons (Cox); her husbands, John McDonald and R. C. Clower; her children, Dale and Paula; and her granddaughter Shaelynn.
She is survived by: her children, Phil Sorentino (Susan) of Oakland Park, Florida, Beverly Walker of Chico, Carol Ann Hyde of Decatur, Annette Dunn of Decatur and Charles Wolfe of Seminole, Oklahoma.
