We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2022, at the age of 72, Ole Lynn Butler (Bowie, Texas), born in Elk City, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, E. T. "Travis" Butler and Lillie Butler (Simpson); and his siblings, Layton Butler, Karen Cox and Logan McGill.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Butler of Vashti, TX; his children, Twyla Terry (Jimmy) of Vashti, TX, Tammara Alarcon (Manny) of San Antonio, TX and Twain Butler (Misty) of Yukon, OK; his grandson Tyler Terry (Alicia); his children, Trey Terry, Travis Terry (Abigail), Kasey Thomas (Matthew), Gabriel Alarcon, Alex Alarcon, Bailey Butler, Braelyn Butler and Jaxon Butler; his great grandchildren, Kaylah, Zion, Parker and Archer Terry; his siblings, Kristi Bates (Tom) of Bowie and Mike Butler (Carrie) of El Dorado, OK; and his brothers-in-law, Elwyn Liggett of Vashti and Kenneth (Sandra Liggett) of Vashti. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in honor of Ole, to God's Table at 505 Strong St. Bowie, TX 76230.
