He was predeceased by: his parents, Francille Tettleton and Lester Tettleton; his brother Tab Tettleton; and his niece Tiffany Tettleton. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Tettleton; his children, Chad Fisher, Wes Tettleton (Melissa), Brandy Mann (Alan), Molly Jeffus (Jeff) and Amanda Tettleton; his grandchildren, Peyton Mann, Thomas Tettleton and Mazie Tettleton; his brother Randy Tettleton; and his parents-in-law, LaJune and George Duren.
