He was predeceased by: his parents, W. B. Weaver and Sina Ann Weaver (Hufhines); his siblings, Carroll Weaver and Marie Henson; and his wife Sue Weaver.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Watkins (Harrold) of Arlington, TX, Clay Robertson (Judy) of San Diego, CA and Jesse Shriver (Brittany) of Bowie, TX. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
