He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Hickey (Bradfield) of Bowie; his wife Kim Hickey of Bowie; his children, Levi Hickey (Haley) of Weatherford, TX, Cory Hickey (Jaimie) of Wichita Falls, TX and Heather Fugate (Chris) of Wichita Falls; and his sister April Leist of Gainesville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
