He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wilma Jean Deel; his sister Phyllis Dodson of Bowie; his children, Nancy Deel Ratliff (Dan) of San Antonio, Jeannie Deel Humphrey (Brad) of Granbury and Bob Deel (Mary Beth) of San Francisco, CA; his grandchildren, Katie Humphrey Devine (Nathan) of San Antonio, Colby Humphrey (Emily) of Austin, Camille Ratliff Guzel (Baris) of Fresno, CA and Kenton Ratliff; and his great grandchild Parker Humphrey. He was also cherished by five nieces and nephews.
