She was predeceased by: her father Billy Gene; and her son-in-law Philip Rosewell. She is survived by: her parent Loye Inez Steen (Newman); her husband Bill Parker of Bowie; her daughters, Melissa Rosewell and Morgan Hoover (Jon Ramos); and her grandchildren, Maddie Frost, Mollie Frost, Cooper Frost, Spencer Rosewell, Xander Castaneda, Rhett Ramos and Ashlyn Ramos. She is also survived by her family and friends.
