He is survived by: his sons, John Bullard Jr., Jimmy Bullard (Jennifer) of Springhill, FL and Jerry Bullard (Emily) of Colleyville; his grandchildren, Andrew Bullard of Colleyville, Elizabeth Bullard of Colleyville, Cole Bullard of Colleyville, Joshua Bullard of Dallas, Jordan Bullard of Avinger, Joey Annitto and Thomas Annitto; his sister Carol Greer (Tommy) of Mequite; his nephews, David Franks and Darrell Greer; and his niece Jamie Smith.
