With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason Lynn Dawson of Bowie, Texas, who passed away on February 11, 2025 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kay Dawson and Alex "Butch" Dawson; his grandparents, Hollis and Dorothy Franklin; his aunt Mary Ann Mullens; and his cousins, Kevin Wood, Judy Mullens Gilbert and Bryan Smith.
He is survived by: his fiancée Alice Richardson; his brother Monty Dawson (Julie); his nephews, Travis Dawson (Rachael) and Jeremiah Cobbs (Hannah); his niece Kaitlyn Dawson (Jasmine); his great-nephew Oliver Dawson; and his goddaughter Piper Ward.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the White Family Funeral Home (1418 TX-59, Bowie, TX 76230). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Freewill Baptist Church (505 Strong St, Bowie, TX 76230).
