She is survived by: her children, Chariti Ford, Sarah Smith and Taylor Lee; her fiancé Wendell Phillips; her stepson Cory Litts; her siblings, Wayne Ford and Carolyn Mayo; her son-in-law Daniel Proctor of Vernon; and her grandchildren, Ceason Phillips, Rowdy Johnston, Ciara Johnston and Rowdy Sample. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousin, and loving adopted children.
