He was predeceased by: his parents, Nita Randolph and James Raglin Sr.; his brother Ricky Raglin; and his daughter Jamie Raglin. He is survived by: his wife Patty Raglin of Bowie; his children, Christi Nielsen of Lummi Island, WA and Lance Raglin of Denver, CO; his stepchildren, Darrel Blaylock of Bowie, Jaime Richison, Bowie Gose and Tonyia Gose of Alvord; his sisters, Sue Flemmings and Donna Raglin; and his stepmother Dorothy Raglin of San Angelo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
