He was predeceased by: his parents, Angel Martinez and Maria; his brothers, Jose and Angel Martinez; and his granddaughter Gabriella Michelle Martinez.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Adela Martinez of Bowie; his children, Consuelo Ordoñez (Luis) of Denton, Maria Jaraleño (Jaime) of Bowie, Sandra Sauz (Jaime) of Lewisville, Adela Martinez (Ethan Snow) of Burkburnett and Ismael "Ish" Martinez, Jr. (Vanessa) of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, J. J., Eric, Anthony Jaraleño, Jazmin, Fabian, Briana, Jorge Julian Sauz, Alyssa Lynn, Raelyn Luz, Julian Ely Snow, Ethan, Emma Michael, Giancarlo Ismael, Eliana Jadele and Gabriel Santana Martinez; and his siblings, Antonio, Ruben, Joel, Saul, Miguel Martinez, Maria Dolores of Los Angeles and Olga Martinez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
