He is survived by: his wife Noretta Rhyne; his children, Darren Rhyne (Misty) of Nocona, TX, Gaile Hand (Rusty) of Park Springs, TX, Bart Davis (Rhonda) of Wautagu, TX and Rhonda Richey (Don) of Bowie, TX; his grandchildren, Jake Rhyne, Brooklyn Rhyne, Ashton Burns (Tyler), Asa Hand (Shelby), Kiki Hall (John), Jason Richey (Jennifer), Jeremy Richey (Nicki) and Justin Richey (Courtney); and his sisters, Betty Graves and Judy Gillaspia. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
