He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Franklin Scrogum and Mary Lou Scrogum (Reynolds); his brother Gary Scrogum; and his nephew Jason Scrogum. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Scrogum; his sons, Robert Scrogum (Rusty), Jon Kelly Scrogum and Matthew Taylor Scrogum; his granddaughters, Alisha Richardson (Shawn) of McChord, A. F. B and Rebekah Payne of Bowie; his brother Phil Scrogum; his nephew Steven Scrogum; and his niece Kristan Rhone (Chris) of Leonard, TX. He is also survived by 2 great-nephews and a great-niece.
