He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, A. G. McLain and Fannie Bell McLain; his brother Dennis McLain; his brother-in-law Dale Hunt; his children, Kayla Slimp (Matthew) and Aaron McLain (Lisa) of Tolar; his grandchildren, Kadan, Kady Bell, Layla Slimp of Schofield Barracks, Avery and Olivia McLain of Tolar; and his siblings, LaFonda Hunt of Krum and Adrian McLain (Christina) of Dallas. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and lifelong friends.
