He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ledbetter and Lois Ledbetter (Robertson); and his brothers, Thomas Franklin Ledbetter and Carl Gene Ledbetter. He is survived by: his wife Carolyne Ledbetter of Bowie; his children, Michelle Albanese of Austin and Paul McPherson; his daughter-in-law Shannon of Austin; his grandchildren, Jeff and Krystalynn; and his siblings, Floyd Ledbetter (Martha Jane) of Sunset, Carroll Dean Ledbetter (Rebecca) of Abilene and Verna Brister (Z. L.) of Abilene. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
