He is survived by: his wife Frances Morgan of Bowie; his children, Ricky Morgan, Renia Rodi and Jame Morgan; and his grandchildren, Ricky Morgan Jr., Jason Rodi, Joshua Rodi, Jamie Rodi, Jesica Sampson, Michael Sampson, Shawn Sampson, Samuel Morgan, Elizabeth Willis and Jamie Willis. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
