It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Long Sr. (Bowie, Texas), born in Lubbock, Texas, who passed away on May 11, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Betty Long Waldrip and Mary Sue Long Dunn. He is survived by: his siblings, George and Louise Long (Rush); his former wife Margaret Stewart; his wife Margaret Long of Montague; his children, Jamie Lynne Durden (James) of Lubbock and Don "Buck" Long Jr. (Christine); his grandchildren, Amanda Milton (Kris) of Jesup, GA, Cory Long of San Diego, CA, Dylan, Jennifer and Rebecca Long; and his great grandchildren, Braylen, Addison Valentine and Gabriel Reichenbach. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
