He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Weldon and Euceba Irene Carminati (Powell); and his wife Vickie Carminati. He is survived by: his children, Kobi Carminati (Candi) of McKinney and Brye Goolsby (Monte Sewell) of Bowie; his grandchildren, Madison Taylor, Skylar Carminati, Isabella Carminati, Slader Goolsby and Max Goolsby; and his brother Richard Carminati of Montague. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
