He is survived by: his siblings, Theo Michelle Campbell and Jayson Lee Crum; his mother Mabel Doris Campbell; his children, Justin Crum, Stephanie Crum and Chancey Crum; his brothers, Tim Gourtney (Sheila), Steve Crum (Rachel), Christopher Crum and Bryan Campbell (Gretta); and his sister-in-law Heather Crum. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
