She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Adams and Ora May Adams; and her sister Debbie Stump. She is survived by: her husband Gary Kelley of Bowie; her daughters, Stephanie Bien (Jason) of Cross Plains, TX and Monica Lemons (Troy) of Melissa, TX; her stepdaughters, Cierra Kelley of Ryan, OK and Ta'ah Villarreal (Fulton) of Ryan, OK; her grandchildren, Jacy, Sara Bien, Aivry, Mattie Lemons, John Riley Cunningham, Jayden and Cooper Villarreal; and her siblings, Nancy Bishop, Gary Adams (Pam) of Bowie and Vickie Adams (Vince Gray) of Big Spring, TX. She is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
In lieu of flowers, Cindy had requested that a tree be planted in her honor.
