He was predeceased by: his father Paul Worthy; his uncle Robert Weaver; his nephews, Jesse Fisher Jr. and Carson Davis; and his grandparents, Robert Elwood Weaver Sr., Sharon Brumley, Bud, Becky Worthy and Welda Seller.
He is survived by: his children, Kolby Worthy and Nichole Worthy; his mother Melody Joy Worthy (Weaver); and his siblings, Paul Worthy (Larrissa), Amber Moran (Sean), Sharon Nicole Worthy and Schuylar Davis.
