It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Neels (Bowie, Texas), born in Staunton, Illinois, who passed away on June 10, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Virginia Lindsay, Henry Neels and Kenneth Neels. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Neels of Bellevue; his children, Sarah Phares (Jim) of Rock Hill, SC, Mike Neels (Elizabeth) of Le Claire, IA and Jim Neels (Renee) of Lone Tree, IA; and his brother Donald Neels of Great Falls, MT.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
