It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burl Phelps (Bowie, Texas), born in Lamar, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 21, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Alicia Irene Carvajal. He is survived by: his wife Annie Phelps of Bowie; his children, Irene Harney (Paul) of San Antonio and Charles Molsbee of Hot Springs, AR; and his siblings, Colene Berry of Borger, Betty Trout of Fritch, Retta Stewart of Borger and Glen Phelps. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
