She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew W. Welsh and Bertha Mae Loan Welsh; her children, Dr. Robert Galloway and Gerry Lee Russell (John); her grandchildren, Deana Uhl (David), Robert Galloway II (Amanda), Kerry Harpole (Jay) and Brandy Williams (Paul); and her great grandchildren, Robert Dean III, Promise Galloway, Kell, Lyla Harpole, Jax and Kaz Williams.
