She is survived by: her children, Rusty Howard (Kayla) of Terrell, OK, Michelle Hamilton (Elana) of Sioux Falls, SD, Shawna Nolan (Randy) of Bowie, TX and Stormie Madewell of Springdale, AR; and her brother Corky Howard of Burleson, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
