He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Ratliff and Lula Ratliff (Lippencott); and his sister Cecilia Parr. He is survived by: his son Kyle Gilstrap (Kaulonie) of Madill, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Maddix and Alaster.
