He was predeceased by: his parent Rhetta Mae Frashier (Toole); his sister Anna Outlaw; and his stepbrothers, Ray and Daniel Hall. He is survived by: his father Sherman L. Frashier; his girlfriend Sheila Adams; his daughters, Heather Epstein (Eric), Martha Amy Gaylord (John), Jamie Frashier and Kim Morris; and his brother-in-law John W. Outlaw. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family.
