He was predeceased by: his parents, Seferino Leal and Isabel Lara Leal; and his siblings, Seferino Leal, Jr. and Janie Ramirez. He is survived by: his children, Mark Anthony Leal (Deanna) of Forney and Maria Isabel Leal of Bovina; and his siblings, Jimmy Leal of Friona, Ruben Leal (Rosabell) of Dalhart, David Leal of Bovina, Tommy Leal (Graciella) of Bovina, Susana Munoz of Dalhart, Rosa Medina of Dallas and Lola Telles of Amarillo.
