He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Sr. Rocha and Juanita Morales Rocha; his wife Lucy; his sons, Raymond and Larry; his sisters, Delores Stickney and Linda Ruiz; and his nephew Simon Paredes.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Rocha Lubbock (Araceli Manquero), Rebecca Johnson (Palladin Sanders), Mona Contreras and Sarah Hernandez (Rudy Hernandez); his grandchildren, Cliff Johnson, Scotty Johnson (Allen Wiskera), Juan Contreras (Raquel Contreras), Angelica Perez (Adam Perez), Holly Pippin, Becca Rocha (Warren Gray), Emilia Contreras, Troy Johnson, Heather Advent (Scott Advent), Andres Hernandez, Ashley Howard (Devon Howard), Yadier Hernandez and Noah Rocha; and his siblings, Patricia Lay (Bill) of Altus, OK., Jenny McClendon of Oklahoma City, OK., John Rocha (Nancy) of Springfield, MO., Yolanda Cooper (Joe) of Oklahoma City, OK. and Manuel Rocha of Martha, OK.. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Ron Smiley Memorial Chapel of Hansard Family Funeral Home (815 S Main St, Friona, TX 79035). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Bovina Cemetery. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
