He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Leslie and Tiny Mae Harwell (Brown); and his son Jason Kirk Harwell. He is survived by: his son Josh Harwell; his grandchildren, Jamie Stanfield (Dustin), J. T. Harwell, Bailey Harwell, Brooke Lamb (Trevor) and Samuel Harwell; his great grandchildren, Liam and Fenixx; and his sisters, Valerie Kelinski (Monroe) and Myra Matthews (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
