He is survived by: his wife Terresa Garrett; his sons, Billy Cecil Garrett, III and Jason Garrett (Amanda Jeanell); his grandchildren, Rebecca Garrett, Chris Ortiz, Ashley Garrett, Kris O'Geda, Billy Cecil Garrett, IV, Crissy Mills, Blake Keith White, Jillian Marie Garrett and Lillian Faith Garrett; his son Saddie; his great grandchildren, Grayson Matthew O'Geda and Everlynn Fay O'Geda; his siblings, Mike Garrett (Angie), Debbie Riggs (J. C.) and Sharon Berry; and his brother-in-law Fred Littleton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
