She was predeceased by: her parents, William Haywood McBee and Beadie Maryelizabeth Wheat McBee; her husband Jimmy Joe Thomas; and her sons, Jerry Thomas, Curtis Ray Thomas and James Troy Thomas.

She is survived by: her children, Haywood Thomas (Keisha) of Fritch, Arian Thomas of Stinnett, Karen Purcell of Borger and Mary Dorman of Stinnett. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
