She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Blewett; her parents, Lawrence Leslie and Effie Leslie; and her brother Wayne Leslie. She is survived by: her children, Ken Blewett (Tam Blewett) of Borger and Kim Kracke of Dallas; and her grandsons, Taylor Blewett of Stinnett and Ty Blewett of Amarillo.
