It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Thirven Schmitto (Borger, Texas), born in Electra, Texas, who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Schmitto and Clara Melissa Brown Schmitto; his wife Ruth Evelyn Schmitto; and his siblings, Gladys Corbell, Odell Wilkinson, Opal Leek, Kenneth Schmitto and Cecil Schmitto.
He is survived by: his sons, Kip Schmitto of Amarillo, Ricky Schmitto (Diane) of Dallas and Jerry Schmitto (Patsy) of Plano; and his grandchildren, Angie Turner (David, Danny Schmitto), Nicholas Schmitto, Matthew Schmitto (Melanie) and Leo Schmitto.
