He was predeceased by: his parents, R. L. Winegar and Virginia Baker Winegar. He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann of Borger; his children, Tommy Winegar (Lourie) of Lubbock and Shelley Fraley (Luke) of Borger; his grandchildren, Cameron Winegar (Angela), Cody Winegar, Saydee Throckmorton (Landon Ibarra) and Bethany Johnstone; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Avie and Emory; and his brothers, Jerry Winegar (Priscilla) of Borger and Robert Winegar (Debbie) of Midland.
