He is survived by: his wife Charlene Berry of Borger; his children, Daniel Smith of Borger and Dezaree Moon of Fritch; his sister Debbie Brewer (Gary) of Borger; and his grandchildren, Colten Perkins, Alexis Perkins, Weston Perkins and Addison Perkins.
